Michael Dahm is a board-certified dermatologist and a molecular biologist. He received his medical education at the Medical University of Messina, Messina, Italy and his education in immunology, virology and molecular biology at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC, USA.
Michael made his dermatology residencies at the Medical University in Florence, Italy and the Technical University of Munich, Germany and was Research Fellow at the Department of Virology at the Paul Ehrlich Institute, Langen, Germany.
Michael served as General Manager of Hexal Gentech and Hexal Biotech companies of the HEXAL Group, Holzkirchen, Germany and was inter alia responsible for the development of OncoQuick® a device to isolate circulating tumor cell from human body fluids, and the development of the worldwide first generic Erythropoietin.
Michael serves as Chief Scientific Officer of ORYX and ORYX Alpha, Baldham, Germany, responsible of translating proof of concept cancer projects from the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), Heidelberg into clinical development. Currently ORYX is engaged in the design and conduct of a phase III trial in patients with glioblastoma multiforme, a deadly tumor of the brain, using an oncolytic parvovirus H1 in combination with an immunotherapeutic drug. ORYX Alpha translates a project of the late Nobel laurate Harald zur Hausen into diagnostic and therapeutic development. Bovine Milk and Meat Factors (BMMF) isolated from cattle by zur Hausen and his group cause zoonotic infections in humans, which are held responsible for the onset of cancer autoimmune and neuroinflammatory diseases like Multiple Sclerosis (MS), as well as neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson’s (PD) and Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
Currently ORYX alpha develops test systems for diagnosing MS, PD and AD.
Michael is an inventor and co-inventor of more than 15 filed patents applications and patents. Michael’s academic credentials include serving as Adjunct Professor at the Department of Microbiology/Immunology of the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston SC, USA.

Prof. Ola Winqvist, MD PhD, serves as Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) for Asclepiceutical AI, specializing in Technology & Diagnostics. With a distinguished background in clinical immunology and experimental medicine, Prof. Winqvist contributes decades of academic and entrepreneurial experience to Asclepiceutical AI’s cutting-edge initiatives.
Having earned his MD in 1991 and PhD in Experimental Medicine in 1994 from the University of Uppsala, Prof. Winqvist became a licensed physician and clinical immunologist with consultant certification in 2008. His expertise spans the development of advanced diagnostic technologies, autoimmune disease research, and cellular immunotherapy, with an extensive history in both academic research and medical practice.
A serial entrepreneur, he has founded five life science companies and currently serves as CEO of two, with one listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. Prof. Winqvist holds over 30 patents and has successfully raised more than €70 million in funding. His prolific career includes authoring more than 130 published papers and spearheading four "first-in-man" clinical trials.

Mr. Gueth is a co-founder and currently serves as Managing Director of EVOLUTION Life Science Partners, an advisory firm specialized in investment banking activities in the health care sector since October 2014. He was previously a Managing Director of Burrill Securities, a merchant bank specialized in the health care field. Prior to that he founded and continues to serve as President of Gueth Consulting LLC, focusing on business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
Mr. Gueth currently serves as a director of iQone Healthcare, a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company based in Geneva, Switzerland since June 2015, and since October 2019 serves on the Board of the Berlin, Germany based MotionCaptureGroup.
